1. Analyze current performance levels, identify skill gaps, and determine training and development requirements.
2. Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the Maison’s goals.
3. Manage the training budget effectively.
4. Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high standards.
5. Facilitate Ambassadeur development through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
6. Evaluate training effectiveness by measuring performance and gathering feedback.
7. Conduct induction and orientation programs for new Ambassadeurs.
8. Assess and conduct training related to Leading Quality Assurance audits.
9. Coordinate Food Safety audits and relevant training.
10. Collaborate with the Director of Engineering on Earth Check standards and audits.

1. Degree in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a learning and development role, preferably with quality assurance experience.
3. Minimum 2 years in a similar position in a luxury property.

1. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
2. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
6. Attention to detail and excellent priority management skills.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
8. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role, with at least 2 years in a luxury property.

Degree in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
