- Analyze current performance levels, identify skill gaps, and determine training and development requirements.
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the Maison’s goals.
- Manage the training budget effectively.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high standards.
- Facilitate Ambassadeur development through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
- Evaluate training effectiveness by measuring performance and gathering feedback.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new Ambassadeurs.
- Assess and conduct training related to Leading Quality Assurance audits.
- Coordinate Food Safety audits and relevant training.
- Collaborate with the Director of Engineering on Earth Check standards and audits.
- Degree in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a learning and development role, preferably with quality assurance experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position in a luxury property.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
- Attention to detail and excellent priority management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role, with at least 2 years in a luxury property.
Degree in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
