1. Oversee and manage learning and development initiatives within the Maison.
2. Ensure high-quality standards across all operations through quality assurance processes.
3. Assist in the implementation of systems and programs in employee relations and revenue generation.
4. Support the Director of HR in achieving Maison and departmental goals and objectives.

1. Degree in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury property.
3. Proven experience in learning and development roles, with a focus on quality assurance and management.

1. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
2. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including pre-opening experience in a hotel/resort.

Degree in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
