1. Coordinate and assist in all Learning & Development activities and Human Resources training initiatives.
2. Implement and oversee quality assurance processes within the property.
3. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff development.
4. Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
5. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
6. Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
7. Support the pre-opening activities of new hotel/resort properties.

1. Diploma in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury property.
3. Experience in pre-opening of a hotel/resort.

1. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.

Diploma in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
