- Oversee daily operations of the laundry services.
- Assign and review tasks of laundry staff engaged in various activities such as receiving, washing, ironing, packaging, and delivering laundry.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and service are maintained.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for the laundry department.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet their laundry needs efficiently.
- Diploma in Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Laundry Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel/resort.
- Strong knowledge of laundry operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in housekeeping management software, Opera, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets and financial plans.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort setting is required.
Diploma in Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
