1. Manage the daily operations of the laundry services.
2. Assign and review the work of laundry staff engaged in receiving, washing, ironing, packaging, and delivering laundry to various departments or guests.

1. A diploma in Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.

1. Strong knowledge of Laundry operations.
2. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and financial plans.
3. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in housekeeping management software, Opera, and Microsoft Office.
7. A passion for excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Laundry Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel/resort.

A diploma in Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
