1. Oversee daily operations of the laundry services.
2. Assign and review tasks of laundry staff engaged in various activities such as receiving, washing, ironing, packaging, and delivering laundry.
3. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and service are maintained.
4. Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for the laundry department.
5. Analyze and interpret financial data to inform decision-making.
6. Coordinate with other departments to meet their laundry needs efficiently.

1. Diploma in Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Laundry Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel/resort.

1. Strong knowledge of laundry operations.
2. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
3. Proficiency in housekeeping management software, Opera, and Microsoft Office.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to develop and manage budgets and financial plans.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort setting is required.
