- Perform preliminary preparation tasks for products.
- Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
- Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
- Set up and ensure proper supply of the Salad Bar for Ambassadors.
