1. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks.
2. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and preparation of dishes.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and verify the proper stocking of the Ambassadors' Salad Bar.
