1. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks.
2. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of the premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and ensure the proper supply of the Ambassadors' Salad Bar.
