Cheval Blanc Kitchen Intern

- Perform preliminary product preparation tasks.
- Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
- Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
- Set up and ensure the proper supply of the Ambassadors' Salad Bar.
- A passion for culinary arts and hospitality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards.
