1. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in dish preparation and creation.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel standards and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Assist in waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or risk of accidents to superiors.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Cuisine.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hotel and restaurant operations.
