1. Execute preliminary food preparation tasks while adhering to hygiene standards.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and preparation of dishes.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Engage in waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to superiors.

1. BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Culinary Arts.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality and dining environments.

Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or significant internships in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant.

BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Culinary Arts.
