Responsibilities
- Perform preliminary product preparation tasks
- Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in dish preparation
- Ensure service according to hotel rules and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment following HACCP standards
- Participate in receiving goods according to HACCP protocols and hotel procedures
- Set up and distribute dishes
- Participate in waste sorting and disposal
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP Cuisine or BAC PRO Cuisine
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Understanding of luxury hospitality and dining

Experience Requirements
Entry-level or significant internships as a Kitchen Assistant in a luxury hotel or starred restaurant
