- Perform preliminary product preparation tasks.
- Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in dish preparation and creation.
- Ensure service complies with hotel rules and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in accordance with HACCP standards.
- Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
- Set up and distribute dishes.
- Participate in waste sorting and disposal.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to supervisors.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO Cuisine.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Understanding of luxury hospitality and dining.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.

Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or significant internships in a luxury hotel or starred restaurant.
