1. Oversee the daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
2. Develop and implement creative and educational programs tailored to various age groups.
3. Manage and train a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
5. Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for the Kids Club.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining valid CPR and first aid certifications.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field from a reputable institution.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality setting, with at least 2 years in a similar managerial role.
3. Proven track record in managing Kids Club operations within a luxury hotel or resort.
4. Multilingual proficiency, with fluency in English and preferably French, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, or Mandarin.
5. Valid CPR and first aid certification is advantageous.

3. Proficiency in computer applications relevant to hospitality management.
4. Ability to adapt and respond to dynamic situations with intelligence and flexibility.
5. Strong presentation skills and confidence in public speaking.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a similar managerial position.

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
