1. Manage Kids Club operations in a luxury hotel/resort.
2. Ensure adherence to brand standards and pursuit of excellence.
3. Lead and motivate a team of Ambassadeurs.
4. Develop and implement engaging activities for children.
5. Maintain safety and security standards.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant qualification.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in luxury hospitality with 2 years in a similar position.
3. Proven track record in managing Kids Club operations.

1. Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, or Mandarin are advantageous.
2. Proficient computer skills.
3. Valid CPR and first aid certification is an advantage.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Excellent leadership and time management skills.

Minimum 3 years in a luxury hospitality establishment with 2 years in a similar position.

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant qualification.
