- Oversee the daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children.
- Develop and implement innovative programs and activities that align with the luxury standards of Cheval Blanc.
- Manage and train a team of Ambassadeurs, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage the Kids Club budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in managing Kids Club operations within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Multilingual proficiency, with fluency in English and preferably French, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, or Mandarin.
- Strong leadership and time management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to hospitality management.
- Valid CPR and first aid certification preferred.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a similar managerial position overseeing Kids Club operations.
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
