- Oversee the Japanese restaurant's kitchen operations at Cheval Blanc Maison.
- Assist the Director of Culinary and Executive Chef in managing the culinary team.
- Supervise food preparation and ensure the delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Create unique dining experiences with innovative Asian cuisine.
- Maintain kitchen efficiency and uphold quality standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef De Cuisine in renowned Japanese restaurants.
- Experience with international high-end luxury brands and remote island locations.
- Advanced understanding of authentic Japanese cuisine and technical skills.
- Ability to create innovative recipes and modern presentations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Capability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Organizational and communication skills with precision and efficiency.
