- Assist the Director of Culinary and Executive Chef in overseeing the Japanese restaurant.
- Manage the kitchen team and supervise food preparation.
- Ensure high-quality dishes are delivered to provide a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain the kitchen's efficiency and quality standards.
- 3 years of experience as a Chef De Cuisine in renowned Japanese restaurants.
- Experience with international high-end luxury brands and in challenging remote island locations.
- Understanding of authentic Japanese cuisine and highly developed technical skills.
- Passion for creating innovative recipes, modern presentations, and exciting menu concepts.
- Advanced people management skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

- Talent in organizing and communicating with precision and efficiency.
Minimum 3 years as a Chef De Cuisine in renowned Japanese restaurants.
