- Oversee the Japanese restaurant's kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality dish preparation and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Director of Culinary and Executive Chef to maintain and enhance the restaurant's culinary standards.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop innovative recipes and menu concepts, incorporating modern presentation techniques.
- Ensure the kitchen adheres to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Participate in the pre-opening phase, contributing to the setup and organization of the kitchen.
- Maintain inventory and manage kitchen supplies effectively.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef De Cuisine in renowned Japanese restaurants.
- Proven track record in high-end luxury brands and remote island locations.
- Advanced understanding of authentic Japanese cuisine and technical culinary skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
