2. Manage the kitchen team and supervise food preparation.

1. 3 years of experience as a Chef De Cuisine in gastronomic Italian restaurants.
2. Experience with international high-end luxury brands and in challenging remote island locations.

1. Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine and advanced technical skills.
2. Inspirational leadership and strong people management skills.
3. Talent in planning, organization, and menu development.
