1. Prepare and install workstations, printers, peripherals, and mobile phones.
2. Ensure the proper functioning and updating of IT equipment.
3. Provide first-level technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving technical incidents.
4. Manage user accounts, including creation, deletion, and access permissions.
5. Support office applications such as Outlook and Teams, and assist with OPERA connectivity.
6. Assist the technical team in resolving IPTV service issues.
