1. Provide technical support to Ambassadeurs and Guests for hardware and software issues, both in person and remotely.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
3. Ensure efficient and effective functioning of systems and equipment across various departments.
