- Provide technical support to Ambassadeurs and guests for hardware and software issues, both in person and remotely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Assist and support the IT team in ensuring that systems and equipment function efficiently and effectively.
- Diploma in IT or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong technical skills.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant IT field.
