1. Provide technical support to Ambassadeurs and guests for hardware and software issues, both in person and remotely.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
3. Assist and support the IT team in ensuring that systems and equipment function efficiently and effectively.

1. Diploma in IT or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer systems and software.
2. Ability to work independently.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Strong technical skills.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant IT field.
