1. Provide technical support to Ambassadeurs and Guests for hardware and software issues, both in person and remotely.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
3. Assist and support the IT team by ensuring systems and equipment function efficiently and effectively.

1. Diploma in IT or equivalent

1. Computer savvy
2. Ability to work independently
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Strong technical skills
