- Facilitate communication between the point of sale and various service areas, including the restaurant, bar, and lounge, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Clean and set up the point of sale in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Assist in the service of food and beverages.
- Prepare hot drinks, juices, and other beverages, as well as baskets of pastries and toasts.
- Clear and clean during service.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
- Promote the hotel's dining outlets and events across Cheval Blanc properties.

The position offers accommodation, access to bicycles or scooters, meals throughout the internship, a referral bonus of €400 (subject to conditions), transportation expenses covered (subject to conditions), and uniforms designed by Vanessa Brizon, laundered by the company.
