1. Ensure smooth service operations in accordance with Cheval Blanc St-Tropez standards.
2. Act as a liaison between the point of sale and various service areas such as the restaurant, bar, and lounge.
3. Clean and set up the point of sale according to hotel procedures.
4. Participate in serving food and beverages.
5. Prepare hot drinks, juices, and other beverages, as well as bread baskets and toasts.
6. Clear and clean during service.
7. Maintain and clean service equipment.
8. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
9. Promote the hotel's dining venues and events.
