1. Assist the restaurant manager in daily operations at the Japanese restaurant Hakuba.
2. Perform administrative tasks related to project development for internship objectives.
3. Support service operations to gain practical experience.
4. Clean and set up the service area in accordance with hotel procedures.
5. Participate in the service of food and beverages.
6. Clear and clean during service hours.
7. Maintain and clean service equipment.
8. Coordinate with kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
9. Ensure optimal supply conditions for the service area.
10. Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
11. Promote hotel services and Cheval Blanc properties.
12. Report any safety or accident risks to management.
13. Prepare internal reporting documents.

1. Enrollment in a Hospitality/Restaurant Management program.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.

Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
