1. Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
2. Perform administrative tasks related to project development for internship objectives.
3. Support operations across various food and beverage outlets to enhance operational experience.
4. Set up and clean the point of sale according to hotel procedures.
5. Participate in serving food and beverages.
6. Prepare hot drinks, juices, and other beverages, as well as bread baskets and toasts.
7. Clear and clean during service.
8. Maintain and clean service equipment.
9. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
10. Ensure optimal supply conditions for the point of sale.
11. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
12. Promote the hotel's services and products.
13. Report any abnormal situations concerning client or colleague safety to management.
14. Create internal reporting documents.

1. Pursuing a degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
4. Strong gastronomic culture.
5. Proficiency in computer tools.

Currently enrolled in a Hospitality/Restaurant Management program.
