1. Ensure meticulous handling of luggage services, guest deliveries, and other guest-related items.
2. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking area and alcove.
3. Oversee the functionality of the electric vehicle charging station and the condition of flags displayed at the property.
4. Manage the setup of the back office, including maintenance products and towels.
5. Provide concierge desk coverage and manage the telephone switchboard in the absence of a Concierge.
6. Distribute mail to various departments.
7. Handle guest luggage upon arrival, departure, and during room changes.
