1. Welcome guests at the venue following hotel procedures.
2. Assist the Barman in guiding cocktail and spirit sales and ensuring service excellence.
3. Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
4. Participate in inventory management.
5. Assist in linen management, including setup, renewal, and supply.
6. Contribute to cellar management.
7. Participate in the creation and evolution of bar menus.
8. Assist Barmen in order taking, drink preparation, and service.
9. Facilitate internal communication within the service.
10. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and ensure machine maintenance.
11. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations and beverage legislation.
12. Ensure an exceptional client experience.
13. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene regulations
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
4. Good understanding of gastronomy
5. Proficiency in computer tools

No prior experience required.

Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
