1. Welcome guests at the bar according to hotel procedures.
2. Assist bartenders in cocktail and spirit sales and service.
3. Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
4. Participate in inventory management.
5. Assist in linen management, including setup, renewal, and supply.
6. Contribute to cellar management.
7. Aid in the creation and evolution of bar menus.
8. Support bartenders in order-taking, preparation, and service of beverages.
9. Facilitate internal communication within the service.
10. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar, including machine maintenance.
11. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and beverage legislation.
12. Strive for excellence in the client experience.
13. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
4. Strong understanding of gastronomy.
5. Proficiency in computer tools.

Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
