- Audit daily revenue from all points of sale.
- Monitor complimentary services and discounts.
- Oversee deductions, transfers, and open tables.
- Conduct specific revenue-generating service analyses as per hotel procedures.
- Verify changes in rates and pricing categories.
- Consolidate the hotel's activity report.
- Reconcile revenue across all systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators.
- Manage gift voucher transactions.
- Audit electronic payment transactions.
- Contribute to monthly reporting.
- Develop and update administrative procedures, particularly revenue control, ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting department.
- Engage in special projects as directed by the Financial Director or General Management.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues.
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Familiarity with Uniform System of Accounts for the Hospitality Industry reporting standards.
- Understanding of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, Materials Control, and ideally Opera.
- Data analysis expertise.
- Advanced computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, and ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Precision, organization, and teamwork.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.
