1. Audit daily revenue from all points of sale.
2. Monitor complimentary services and discounts.
3. Oversee deductions, transfers, and open tables.
4. Conduct specific revenue-generating service analyses as per hotel procedures.
5. Verify changes in rates and pricing categories.
6. Consolidate the hotel's activity report.
7. Reconcile revenue across all systems.
8. Monitor key performance indicators.
9. Manage gift voucher transactions.
10. Audit electronic payment transactions.
11. Contribute to monthly reporting.
12. Develop and update administrative procedures, particularly revenue control, ensuring compliance.
13. Collaborate closely with the accounting department.
14. Engage in special projects as directed by the Financial Director or General Management.
15. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues.

1. Strong accounting knowledge.
2. Familiarity with Uniform System of Accounts for the Hospitality Industry reporting standards.
3. Understanding of the luxury hospitality sector.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, Materials Control, and ideally Opera.
2. Data analysis expertise.
3. Advanced computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, and ERP systems.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication.
5. Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
6. Precision, organization, and teamwork.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Relevant degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.
