1. Oversee and manage all aspects of in-villa dining services to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
2. Coordinate and execute special events, ensuring adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
4. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and service delivery.
5. Monitor inventory levels and manage budgets to optimize operational efficiency.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

1. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management from a reputable institution.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality segment.

1. Exceptional knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and products.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented with superior time management capabilities.

A minimum of 4 years in a similar capacity, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
