Cheval Blanc In-Villa Dining Manager

- Oversee the in-villa dining operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and exceptional service delivery.
- Coordinate and execute special events, maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train a team of professionals to deliver personalized dining experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage brand standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality segment.
- Exceptional knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and products.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to various situations.
Candidates must possess a minimum of four years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
