1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified personnel.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
7. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
9. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel establishment.
3. Must be a Maldivian national.
4. In-depth knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations in the Maldives and global HR best practices.

1. Strong leadership and people management skills.
2. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel establishment is required.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
