1. Coordinate and oversee daily HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
2. Facilitate recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding of new employees.
3. Maintain and manage employee records using HRIS software.
4. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
5. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries and issues.
6. Assist in performance management processes and employee development programs.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
8. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
2. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Ability to innovate and propose creative HR solutions.
6. High level of emotional intelligence and cognitive abilities.

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or resort setting.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
