- Collaborate closely with the Payroll & Personnel Administration team to ensure compliance with all legal obligations related to personnel management.
- Manage administrative tasks for permanent, temporary, and apprentice staff, including digital personnel file creation, payroll system updates, and contract drafting.
- Oversee mandatory hiring formalities such as DPAE, residency permit verification, and insurance registration.
- Coordinate medical appointments and manage transportation service registrations for eligible employees.
- Administer housing logistics, including coordination of arrivals and departures, and management of sublease agreements.
- Handle the administrative processes for temporary and intern staff, including contract preparation and compliance tracking.
- Manage administrative correspondence, including employment confirmations, resignation responses, and HR memos.
- Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of workplace accident reports and ensure compliance with mandatory postings.
- Ensure employees have necessary work materials and maintain optimal conditions in employee facilities.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to support the Ambassador experience at Cheval Blanc Paris.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools
- Fluency in French; English proficiency is advantageous
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management
