- Manage accommodation for over 200 employees, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Conduct housing searches and negotiations during the off-season.
- Perform property inspections and prepare entry/exit reports for both property owners and employees.
- Draft lease agreements with the assistance of the financial department.
- Ensure all accommodations meet social standards and are in satisfactory condition.
- Coordinate and plan the arrival of employees, including entry inspections.
- Maintain and update maintenance lists, ensuring follow-through.
- During the season, provide operational support to employees, including key handovers and issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with technical and HR departments to address housing issues.
- Organize activities throughout the season to enhance employee experience.
- Conduct exit inspections and manage security deposits and potential damage assessments.
- Prepare a list of necessary repairs for the off-season to maintain housing standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in drafting and managing lease agreements.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

The position offers a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals during working hours, a referral bonus of €400 gross (subject to conditions), provided and laundered work attire, advantageous health insurance, and the opportunity to work with passionate teams.
