1. Manage housing budgets efficiently.
2. Ensure all accommodations comply with social regulations and maintain excellent condition.
3. Conduct entry inspections with staff members.
4. Plan and coordinate staff arrivals.
5. Create maintenance schedules.
6. Follow protocols for staff support during the season.
7. Welcome and provide keys during check-ins.
8. Report housing issues to management and HR.
9. Identify and resolve accommodation-related problems.
10. Maintain communication with technical and HR departments.
11. Conduct exit inspections with staff.
12. Monitor and address any damages.
13. Manage security deposits.
14. Prepare a list of necessary winter maintenance tasks.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in housing management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
