1. Ensure cleanliness and quality standards of public areas and the laundry department.
2. Oversee the maintenance of hotel linens, restaurant linens, spa linens, and staff uniforms.
3. Manage the registration, inspection, and distribution of laundry items, ensuring repairs and alterations are completed as needed.
4. Handle guest laundry with care, adhering to LQA standards for washing, ironing, and repairing.
5. Prepare orders and manage inventory for laundry products.
6. Coordinate daily operations within the laundry department.
7. Uphold guest satisfaction and strive for excellence in service delivery.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar establishment.
