1. Ensure the cleanliness and quality standards of guest rooms are maintained.
2. Supervise and manage a designated section of rooms and an office.
3. Train and oversee Housekeeping staff, including Room Attendants and Housemen.
4. Address and fulfill guest requests promptly and efficiently.
5. Act as a liaison between the Executive Housekeeper and the housekeeping team.
6. Uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction and continuously strive for excellence.

1. Significant experience in a similar luxury hospitality establishment.
2. Proven leadership abilities and initiative-taking skills.
3. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
