- Oversee the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms and public areas to ensure guest satisfaction and well-being.
- Manage and direct the floor and public area teams, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to standards.
- Coordinate closely with the butler service to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
- Ensure all rooms are prepared for the night according to the hotel's standards.
- Maintain and organize stock levels for cleaning and guest supplies.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Provide leadership and foster a productive and harmonious team environment.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality sector.
- BTS in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and customer service orientation.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Opera software.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and initiative skills.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is required.
BTS in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
