1. Oversee the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms and public areas to ensure guest satisfaction and well-being.
2. Manage and direct the floor and public area teams, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to standards.
3. Coordinate closely with the butler service to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
4. Ensure all rooms are prepared for the night according to the hotel's standards.
5. Maintain and organize stock levels for cleaning and guest supplies.
6. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
8. Provide leadership and foster a productive and harmonious team environment.

1. Knowledge of luxury hospitality sector.
2. BTS in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and customer service orientation.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Proficiency in Opera software.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
6. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
7. Strong organizational and initiative skills.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is required.

BTS in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
