1. Oversee and ensure the daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
2. Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
3. Coordinate with the butler service to address and fulfill guest requests promptly.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
6. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager.
7. Organize and optimize the workflow of the housekeeping team to enhance productivity.
8. Respond to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.

1. In-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
2. Relevant qualifications such as BTS in Hospitality Management or equivalent.

1. Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and customer service orientation.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Proficiency in Opera software.
5. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Ability to lead and motivate a team.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is required.

BTS in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualifications such as a CAP in Hotel Services.
