- Oversee and ensure the daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the butler service to address and fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Organize and optimize the workflow of the housekeeping team to enhance productivity.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Relevant qualifications such as BTS in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and customer service orientation.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Opera software.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is required.
BTS in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualifications such as a CAP in Hotel Services.
