1. Supervise the housekeeping staff, including room attendants and linen staff.
2. Ensure adherence to hotel standards and protocols.
3. Guarantee guest satisfaction by addressing requests promptly and efficiently.
4. Oversee the maintenance and organization of the in-house laundry facilities.
5. Participate in cross-training opportunities in other departments if desired.

1. Previous experience in hospitality or accommodation services.

Beginner level experience in hospitality or a related field is required.

The position offers accommodation, meals during working hours, and a work uniform that is provided and maintained daily. Employees enjoy access to hotel amenities such as the spa, restaurants, bars, and boutiques at preferential rates after three months of service. The workweek consists of 39 hours with two consecutive days off.
