1. Manage client reservations via phone, internet, and on-site.
2. Welcome, guide, and seat clients at the venue.
3. Maintain the cloakroom.
4. Present the menu and beverages in the absence of the Maître d'Hôtel.
5. Assist the service staff before, during, and after service.
6. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the service.
7. Handle billing in accordance with hotel procedures.
8. Promote various services and products within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
9. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Restaurant Management
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants

Minimum 3 years of experience in reception or table service required.
