1. Manage client reservations via phone, internet, and in-person at the venue.
2. Welcome, guide, and seat guests at the restaurant.
3. Maintain the cloakroom service.
4. Present the menu and beverages in the absence of the Maître d'Hôtel.
5. Support the service staff before, during, and after service.
6. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
7. Handle billing in accordance with hotel procedures.
8. Promote hotel services and Cheval Blanc offerings.
9. Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments
