- Welcome and assist guests both over the phone and in-person at the bar, ensuring adherence to hotel procedures.
- Ensure optimal client satisfaction throughout the service.
- Promote the hotel's dining venues and events.
- Master the operations of the bar and other dining services within the hotel.
- Manage reservations via phone, email, and in-person, providing tailored responses to client needs.
- Simultaneously handle physical and telephonic guest reception and seating arrangements.
- Maintain high service quality and foster client loyalty.
- Recognize and acknowledge regular clientele.
- Oversee the management of the restaurant and bar cloakrooms.
- Handle the administrative follow-up of reservations via email.
- Coordinate group meal arrangements with kitchen teams.
- Monitor daily reservations to optimize restaurant occupancy.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and coordinate client requests with other hotel services.
- Participate in menu management, including creation, modification, and printing.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- Promote available services and products within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and representational potential

Entry-level experience in luxury hospitality or a similar environment is required.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
