- Greet and welcome guests both in person and over the phone, ensuring adherence to hotel protocols.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Promote dining venues and culinary events hosted by the hotel.
- Master the operations of the assigned restaurant and other dining services within the establishment.
- Manage reservations via phone, email, internet, and in-person, tailoring responses to meet client needs.
- Facilitate both physical and telephonic guest interactions, ensuring seamless seating arrangements.
- Maintain high service quality standards to foster guest loyalty.
- Recognize and acknowledge regular clientele.
- Oversee the management of the restaurant and bar cloakrooms.
- Handle the administrative aspects of reservations via email.
- Coordinate group dining arrangements in collaboration with kitchen teams.
- Monitor and optimize daily reservation schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team members and coordinate client requests with other departments.
- Assist in the creation, modification, and printing of restaurant menus.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- Promote hotel services and products to guests.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in a similar environment
- Familiarity with Sevenrooms software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality or fine dining industry is required.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
