1. Assist the Head of Reception in organizing the pre-opening phase, including drafting procedures and implementing setup tasks.
2. Manage client reservations via telephone, online, and at the point of sale.
3. Welcome, direct, and seat clients at various service points.
4. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the service experience.
5. Support service department heads in monitoring the completion of assigned tasks.
