- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to project development for internship objectives.
- Support operations across various dining outlets to enhance operational experience and knowledge of offerings.
- Ensure exceptional client reception and customer experience.
- Clean and set up the dining area according to hotel procedures.
- Manage inventory and supply of linens and cellar stock.
- Clear and clean during service.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Coordinate with kitchen, inventory, cellar, and stewarding departments.
- Ensure optimal supply conditions for the dining area.
- Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards and beverage legislation.
- Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Strong grasp of gastronomy
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Passion for the bar and restaurant industry
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills
- Strong customer service orientation and courtesy
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability

- Desire to advance in hospitality and restaurant professions
- Sales and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is an advantage
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a focus on gaining practical knowledge and skills.
Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
