- Set up, organize, and oversee the assigned area of the restaurant.
- Welcome guests according to hotel procedures.
- Advise guests to ensure their satisfaction and optimize sales.
- Take orders, transmit them, and serve food and beverages following hotel procedures.
- Clear and reset tables.
- Present the bill and handle payments according to hotel procedures.
- Promote hotel services and products.
- Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
- Assist in managing the wine cellar.
- Ensure effective internal communication within the service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any abnormal situations regarding client or colleague safety to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BACPRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Experience in luxury hospitality or starred gastronomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential
- Exceptional customer service skills, courtesy, and tact

Minimum 3 years of significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment.
