- Welcome guests in accordance with hotel procedures and ensure their optimal satisfaction throughout the service.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of the designated area within the restaurant.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to the optimization of sales.
- Participate in or ensure the taking of orders, their transmission, and the service of dishes and beverages according to hotel procedures.
- Handle the clearing and resetting of tables.
- Present the bill and process payments following hotel procedures.
- Promote the various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linens, including setup, renewal, and supply.
- Assist in managing the wine cellar.
- Facilitate internal communication and ensure information is relayed effectively.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning the safety or risk of accidents involving clients or colleagues to the hierarchy.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BACPRO in Hospitality.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred gastronomic establishments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, with courtesy and tact.
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Rigorous, precise, and organized.
- Empathy, ability to anticipate needs, and proactive.

- Desire to learn and progress in hospitality/restaurant professions.
- Significant experience in service within a similar standing establishment.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese).
A minimum of 3 years of significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment is required.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BACPRO in Hospitality.
