1. Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office department and all related guest services.
2. Achieve maximum sales and guest satisfaction while adhering to the Maison's service standards.
3. Lead by example and mentor a diverse team of Ambassadeurs.
4. Implement and manage property management software and other operational tools.
5. Handle various operational challenges with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in a hotel environment.

1. Excellent knowledge of property management software such as Opera and Material Control.
2. Proven leadership, mentoring, and motivational abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. Deep understanding of luxury service standards.
5. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
7. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
8. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role within the hospitality industry.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
