1. Provide exceptional guest service in line with Cheval Blanc Randheli's luxury standards.

4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
5. Handle guest complaints with tact and resolve issues efficiently.
6. Assist in the planning and execution of personalized guest experiences.

1. Hotel school graduate or similar qualification from a reputed institution.
2. Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Guest Service Agent in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or resort.
3. Fluent in French and English.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, and Opera (PMS).
2. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
4. Detail-oriented with a high level of service orientation.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector is required.

Hotel school graduate or similar qualification from a reputed institution.
