- Provide warm, friendly, and personalized service to all guests, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
- Maintain and uphold Cheval Blanc's standards of excellence in guest relations.
- Act as a key point of contact for guests, offering courteous and informative assistance.
- Ensure efficient handling of guest requests and inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the guest experience.
- Hotel school graduate or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or resort.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, and Opera (PMS).
- Fluency in Russian or Mandarin, in addition to English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, reliable, and flexible demeanor.
- Friendly, polite, and open-minded attitude.
- Attention to detail and a strong service orientation.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is required.
Hotel school graduate or similar qualification from a reputed institution.
