- Deliver exceptional guest reception and provide comprehensive information on the hotel's services.
- Support department heads in executing and monitoring assigned tasks.
- Participate in team supervision and training initiatives.
- Promote hotel services including restaurants, spa, beach, and experiences.
- Communicate leisure activity information to guests.
- Continuously seek guest feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Update guest preferences in Cardex for personalized service.
- Address guest complaints and ensure resolution through Knowcross platform.
- Develop and support the reception team, ensuring adherence to Maison and LQA standards.
- Oversee daily reception team organization.
- Propose new processes and services to elevate service quality.
- Engage in administrative tasks following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in guest service and hospitality operations.
- Ability to handle guest feedback and complaints effectively.
- Innovative thinking for service improvement.
