- Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and the highest level of guest service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team in a remote location.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage management.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to manage operational logistics in a remote setting.
- Computer literacy.
A minimum of 4 years in a luxury hospitality establishment, including 2 years in a similar managerial role.
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management.
