1. Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in managing all outlets, facilities, and activities with a focus on standards and quality.
2. Possess comprehensive knowledge of all products served in the outlets.
3. Support and commit to the establishment of a multi-skill program to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
4. Ensure that the first and last impressions of guests are favorable by promoting professionalism through appearance and manner.

1. Degree or Certificate in hospitality and catering.
2. National Diploma and first aid qualification.

1. Strong leadership and management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in product knowledge and service standards.

A minimum of 8 years within a luxury establishment, including 4 years in a similar position. Experience in Michelin-starred establishments, banqueting, and in-room dining is required.

Degree or Certificate in hospitality and catering.
