- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all guest rooms and villas meet luxury standards.
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and villas for cleanliness, orderliness, and functionality.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and maintenance.
- Report equipment issues or inventory shortages to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensure guest rooms and villas are stocked with appropriate amenities and gifts.
- Coordinate with Guest Relations to personalize amenities based on guest profiles.
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping services promptly.
- Ensure special requests and preferences are met to enhance guest experience.
- Support Executive Housekeeping in scheduling shifts and managing staffing levels.
- Supervise room attendants and housekeeping staff, providing feedback and addressing issues.
- Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and high morale.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure adherence to hotel standards.
- Implement corrective actions to maintain or improve quality.
- Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
- Experience in luxury or 5-star hotels with high standards
- Knowledge of LQA and quality standards
- Deep knowledge of housekeeping processes and activities
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Italian and English
Minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity within a luxury or 5-star hotel setting.
