Cheval Blanc Floor Supervisor

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring rooms and villas meet luxury standards.
2. Conduct inspections of guest rooms and villas for cleanliness, orderliness, and functionality.
3. Monitor the use of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and maintenance.
4. Report equipment issues or inventory shortages to the Housekeeping Manager.
5. Ensure guest rooms and villas are stocked with appropriate amenities and gifts.
6. Coordinate with Guest Relations to personalize amenities based on guest profiles.
7. Address and resolve guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services.
8. Ensure special requests and preferences are met to enhance guest experience.
9. Support Executive Housekeeping in scheduling shifts and managing staffing levels.
10. Supervise the performance of room attendants and other housekeeping staff.
11. Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and high morale.
12. Perform regular quality checks in all guest rooms and villas.
13. Implement corrective actions to maintain or improve quality.

1. Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
2. Experience in luxury hotels or 5-star hotels with high standards
3. Knowledge of LQA and quality standards
4. Deep knowledge of all housekeeping processes and activities
