- Coordinate monthly and annual financial closing processes and forecasts.
- Ensure timely and reliable dissemination of financial reports, adapting them to the evolving needs of the business.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of financial data across all Maisons, ensuring compliance with Group accounting and consolidation rules.
- Act as a reference for finance-related tools and issues.
- Manage and mentor a team of three, including an intern.
- Collaborate closely with the financial departments of various Maisons and all departments within LVMH Hotel Management.
- Supervise internal audits of LVMH HM Maisons.
- Lead the monthly closing process, organize P&L and balance sheet reviews with Maison CFOs, and ensure data is loaded into consolidation tools within deadlines.
- Oversee the budgeting process, including calendar definition, meeting facilitation, budget review, and executive committee presentation preparation.
- Implement and monitor reporting on key performance indicators such as Capex, commercial expenses, marketing, communication, and payroll.
- Oversee the complete P&L of the Holding across all financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (French GAAP, IFRS, USALI) and update accounting plans as needed.
- Supervise accounting operations of the LVMH HM legal entity, including validation of routine operations and review of key closing entries.
- Serve as the main contact for accountants and auditors regarding accounting and tax matters.
- Identify and lead projects for financial system adaptations and improvements.
- Provide user support for daily technical issues and train finance teams on Group tools, updating documentation regularly.
- Manage cash flow, monitor monthly cash consumption, and reconcile with TFT.
- Track investment expenses (Capex) and collaborate with teams and external firms to create asset records in the management tool.
- Participate in establishing audit and internal control within the ERICA group across Maisons.
- Business school degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Audit experience preferred, hospitality knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of Sage 1000, Sage Bi, Yooz, Syrus
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant financial role, with audit experience preferred and hospitality industry knowledge considered advantageous.
Business school degree
